Who Owns Incite AI Brand?

On paper, the Incite AI stock analysis software is owned and operated by Incite Inc. from Delaware, US.

Or was it California, US? You see, the Terms and Conditions aren’t exactly clear about this. In one same document, the firm uses several different addresses and multiple names.

The address in California turned out to be fake, as it belonged to a real estate development firm. Speaking of fakes, one of the names that these terms falsely implicate is Open AI, a tech giant responsible for the development of ChatGPT software.

Of course, there is no real affiliation between these two firms. It’s even questionable whether Incite Inc. actually exists as a legal entity. The website owners never disclosed any company registration numbers, and there are plenty of companies named Incite in Delaware.

In California, we got about 30 results, but none of the companies in the registry matched the name completely. This sort of informational ambiguity is a hallmark of fraudsters and is something Pro Trade Funded does as well. It allows them to claim legality through the absence of evidence to the contrary.

The company, if you can call it that at this point, is rather active on social media. Its profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, and TikTok, however, are populated by stock photos pulled from the internet.

Many of these profiles revolve around the persona of Nicolli Massachi, the firm’s alleged CEO. It’s your basic run-of-the-mill scam promoter, complete with lavish dinners, exclusive locations, and the works.

If the company was as successful as this apparent millionaire playboy CEO would want us to believe, there’d be some feedback in the form of Incite AI reviews. There’s basically none of that, even though the company website dates back to 2019. While the company profile is claimed, the Incite AI Trustpilot page is still empty.

Pros & Cons

Before we discuss the pros and cons of this service, we need to discuss the Incite AI app first—or, better said, how dysfunctional it is. The app is a glorified chatbot, which is completely unable to generate a response even from a set of predetermined questions. Take a look:

Its real purpose is to act as a phishing platform, as it constantly pesters you for personal information in the middle of a “conversation.”

In all honesty, we have a huge list of critiques about this whole platform. So large in fact, that there’d have to be a whole article dedicated only to Incite AI complaints.
