W2W Capital Review: Signs That This Broker Is a Fraud

W2W Capital Review

Another day, another scam broker arises. W2W Capital is just one of the many investment scams that appear basically overnight and it can be hard to keep track of them all.

Luckily we got you covered and this W2W Capital broker review will give you all the needed information about this fraudulent brokerage.

From their offshore location, to their fake claims of regulation and warnings issued about them, you are in for one heck of a ride.

We also appeal to you to read about FXLeaders cam broker as your investment is at risk!

License and Safety of Funds at W2W Capital

W2W Capital claims that they are owned and operated by W2W Capital LLC, which is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The company W2W Capital LLC has entered the FSA registry in February of 2022 but it hasn’t obtained a license since then.

It’s hard to believe that it takes a whole year to get a regulation, especially from a Tier 3 regulator. But since the Saint Vincent and Grenadines doesn’t actually overlook any forex or CFD trading, brokers are directed to opt for regulation in the service country.

And yep, you have guessed it, W2W Capital is unregulated and unlicensed. This firm is unlicensed according to the register of major Tier1 license providers, including FCA, ASIC, BaFin, and CONSOB. Practically, it means it doesn’t follow ESMA rules, MiFID directives, or any other legal prerogatives.

But to make matters worse, they also have official wearing issued about them by CNMV and FSMA.  We suggest you to invest with good and reliable brokers that have regulation, such as Freedom24.

W2W Capital Trade Trading Platform

W2WCapital claims to offer their customers the use of the MetaTrader 4 software, which is by now an industry standard.

But if this fact was true, it would be a huge win for this broker. However, despite registering for an account, we were unable to access the client terminal to check for ourselves whether this broker actually does offer their clients the MT4 software.

And this is nothing new in the world of scam brokers. They all have big mouths and big claims, but nothing to back that up.

Account Types Available at W2W Capital

W2W Capital has five different account types they offer to their clients. Those accounts include the following:

  • Classic $250
  • Advanced $10,000
  • Pro $25,000
  • VIP $100,000
  • Elite $500,000

We have to say this and we believe you are thinking the same thing and that is that this pricing is outrageous!

Another thing about this broker is that they didn’t even provide a Demo account. Thai usually means that you will need to open a real account and deposit your funds, which gives them an opportunity to take all of your money.

W2W Capital Deposit and Withdrawal

W2W Capital has the following as their deposit methods:

  • Visa or Master credit or debit card
  • Wire transfers
  • Bitcoin

Depending on the service country, W2W Capital requires an initial deposit of 250 USD or EUR. Withdrawals are not mentioned and there are no legal documents in regard to it.

We can safely say that this firm has no intentions of allowing payouts, thus, no policies are needed.

How Does This Scam Operate?

Scam brokers aren’t that original when it comes to putting together the fraud. We already talked about it when we covered the FXLeader scam broker.

It all starts with naive phone calls from various agents to see if you are open to investing and of course making quite a lot of money by doing so. Even if you initially  say no, they will continue to push you until you agree or until they are certain you will not give them any money.

We must warn you that it is not that easy to tell if the broker contacting you is legit or not, especially if you have no previous experience.

In case you have been scammed by this or any other broker claiming to provide legit trading services, getting your money back is possible! There is no need to feel ashamed since this can happen to anyone. We would also be grateful if you can share with us your experience since we can assist you in reporting your scammer to the authorities.

W2W Capital Summary

We took time to conduct this W2W Capital review so you could see what kind of scam they are trying to pull off. Even though they claim to be a regulated broker, we could not find any information to support this.

More importantly, in order for you to be sure the broker is a real deal and will not scam you, aim to invest with ones that have Tier 1 regulations.

We were also not surprised that this broker failed to provide all the needed legal documentation as many lousy scams decide to leave them out. And of course there is no demo account so you can first see what you are getting yourself into.

On top of all the red flags we mentioned, this scam broker managed to get a warning issued to them by both CNMV and FSMA, for providing fake trading services.
