Who Owns XVXT Brand?
Keep your seatbelt on folks, because this one is a doozie. The news on the xvxt.com website, with XVXT acquired by the FXRK, is that it now operates under a new banner. Users are instructed to redirect to another domain, fxrk.com for continued service. Now that’s a mouthful of acronyms right there, isn’t it?
Since this was the case, our investigation focused on who is behind this new company, and where it’s from. Turns out the new owner, X SHARPE LLC, is actually the old owner! The internet history archive has recorded a snapshot of the xvxt.com domain, with this footer clearly visible:
But who are these X SHARPE LLC guys anyway? We decided to contact customer support on the new fxrk.com site in hope of finding out. The support agent became evasive about the topic, however, and only gave us partial information.
Although this seems like a good enough answer, it is strategically tailored to be unverifiable. For starters, unless you know the exact state in which a US company is based, you won’t be able to find it. Secondly, the UAE centralized database (MOE) is currently offline, and the Spanish register will not list companies that are not yet in service.
Since this is the case, we decided to look into the unofficial US register, the NCD. While not a government operated site, it would at least give us a heads up on where to search next.
Expanding our search to external websites, we’ve managed to find a claim that the company is actually from Dubai.
While third party sources are not always reliable, the Dubai Economy and Tourism database is easily accessible. If the firm was legit like Bullo, we would see corporate information here. Instead, we got a big fat nothing.
In the end, legitimacy of the XVXT prop firm and its owners could be neither confirmed or denied. For this reason we strongly advise against conducting business with the company. Any entity that hides this crucial information is not to be trusted, and is likely to be a scam. Always opt to use services from reliable firms like IVolatility.
XVXT Platform Overview
The trading environment for the XVXT funded account is allegedly provided by IC Markets Global, an FSA regulated offshore broker owned by Raw Trading LTD.
Since this prop firm won’t play ball when asked nicely, we went to the broker to verify the connection. To no surprise, the partnership is completely fictitious, have a look:
After seeing this, we know that we’re dealing with a cybercriminal organization. You should treat anything you see on the site as being either false advertising or scam bait. This includes the available leverage, and even the challenges available with XVXT login.
The evaluation challenges are pretty steep for the amount of funding, by the way:
The website allegedly features a list of tradable assets, but the link will redirect you to the broker’s site. The dashboard features download for MT4 and MT5 on all supported devices, and will again download from the broker directly.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the firm has been around since at least March 2023. You’d expect there to be at least a few XVXT reviews, but there’s nothing of the sort.
How to Request a Payout?
XVXT payout frequency is allegedly each week, and the payouts take less than 8 hours to process. Profit split goes as high as 90%, or so the fraudsters claim.
Unfortunately, none of this information is corroborated in the Terms and Conditions document. This document, like the client dashboard, doesn’t even contain the word “payout” or “withdrawal”. The dashboard only allows clients to buy challenges, with barely any other function.
